Located at 168 Parkway, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Gatlinburg North will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Oaktenn, Inc. of Sevierville Tenn.
Located one-half mile from downtown Gatlinburg, the property offers guests convenient access to DollyWood, and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, Haunted Mansion and Aquarium in the Smokies. Rates begin at $75 per night.
