Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) is scheduled to open the 117-room Courtyard by Marriott in Waltham, Mass., this August. Located at 387 Winter St., the Courtyard Boston - Waltham will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Park Lodge Hotels of Waltham, Mass.
Situated 25 minutes from Logan International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Boston, the Courtyard Boston - Waltham offers guests convenient access to Boston Museum of Science, Brandies University, Faneuil Hall and Fenway Park.

Courtyard guest rooms feature either a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a seating area with sofa bed or oversized chair, a large, well-lit work desk and two telephones equipped with data ports. Other amenities include in-room coffee maker, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, and cable television with a free premium movie channel. The Courtyard Boston - Waltham features one king-size suite with a king-size bed, refrigerator and microwave oven.
The five-story hotel also offers two meeting rooms with 1100 square feet of meeting space to accommodate small meetings and functions of up to 60 people. Other guest services and features include:
