Managed by Cardel Hospitality Group, LLC, the Homewood Suites by Hilton Sunny Isles is the first condominium-hotel in the Homewood Suites by Hilton system. Converted prior to the construction phase, the hotel will appear and operate as a traditional Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel featuring the brand`s standard amenities including daily complimentary guest breakfast in the “Lodge” and complimentary 24-hour Suite Shop(R) and business center.
