Jumeirah Beach Re-Opens Restaurant

Dubai, July 10th, 2002: The Jumeirah Beach Hotel has re-opened Beachcombers, its popular Pacific Rim-themed restaurant on the beach. The restaurant has recently been refurbished and now features a spacious extension, which seats 180 guests for dinner in comfort and allows them to enjoy the spectacular performance by the resident twenty-six-member entertainment group from Mauritius.

The dancers and musicians performed their show “Hot! Hot! Hot!” on the night of the opening, which is a medley of African, Latin, Brazilian and Tropical sounds that left guests enthralled by their spectacular show of talent, extravagant costumes and agility. The resident performers will be entertaining at Beachcombers restaurant six days a week with shows like the popular “Impala Africa”, “OBA! Brazil”, “Latino! Latino!”, and “Island Fantasy”.

Located alongside the beach, the Beachcombers restaurant offers a sumptuous buffet as well as live cooking stations that entice your appetite. An external seating area is also available for preliminary beverages and a breathtaking view of the ocean.


Guests of Beachcombers will feel like they are on a tropical island and in a world surrounded by exceptional entertainment, exotic surroundings and exquisite cuisine.
