Paris, Accor has acquired Davidson Trahaire, Australia`s leading corporate human resources consulting and employee assistance company. With 14 years of experience, Davidson Trahaire serves 450 of Australia largest corporations and public institutions with a range of human resources support services, including employee assistance programs, trauma debriefing and counseling, skills assessment and training.


The acquisition is in line with Accor`s strategic commitment to developing its second core business, Services, in which it ranks among the world leaders.


Accor has 40 years` experience in corporate services, beginning with its original Ticket Restaurant® meal vouchers. Today, it is committed to expanding its offer with employee assistance and human resources consulting services, which enable companies to combine business performance with employee well-being.
