Sol Melia Inaugurates its Third Hotel in Valladolid

Sol Meliá today officially inaugurates the Tryp Recoletos, a four star hotel located in the historical heart of the Spanish city of Valladolid. The inauguration will be attended by the President of the Board of Administration of Parquesol - the hotel owning company -, Marcos Fernández Fermoselle, and the Vice President of Sol Meliá, Sebastián Escarrer. The President of the Government of Castilla & León, Juan Vicente Herrera and the Mayor of Valladolid, Javier León de la Riva, are also expected to attend the event, along with a large number of representatives of the city’s business and cultural personalities.

The characteristics and location of the new hotel, specially adapted for business travelers, have led Sol Meliá to include it in the portfolio of its new TRYP Hotels brand. The opening of the Tryp Recoletos is another milestone in the Sol Meliá hotel development program, a program which aims to reinforce the company’s leadership in the Spanish market, and especially in the city hotel market through the new TRYP Hotels.
