Roedel Partners, LLC, headquartered in Wilton, NH, owns the newly constructed Hilton Garden Inn Poughkeepsie/Fishkill, under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., the franchise subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation. Granite Lodging Group, LLC, Wilton, NH, has been awarded the hotel`s management agreement.
