Rocco Forte Hotels are pleased to announce the appointment of Isabel Tapp as the new Sales and Marketing Director at their five-star St David`s Hotel & Spa on the waterfront of Cardiff Bay in Wales. The appointment marks a return to the UK for Isabel after eight years abroad where she has been working in Malta, Switzerland and Dubai.

With 24 years experience in the hotel, travel and leisure industry, specialising in sales, marketing and public relations, Isabel joins The St David`s Hotel & Spa from the Jumeirah International in Dubai, where she was Group Director of Marketing and Communications. Prior to working in the United Arab Emirates, Isabel was Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications at The Glion Group, the Swiss-based hospitality and education business. Before that she was Director of Sales & Marketing at the Corinthia Beach Resort, Malta, and Sales and Public Relations Manager for the five-star San Gorg Corinthia on the island.

Commenting on her appointment, Isabel said, “I am very excited to be part of Sir Rocco Forte`s collection of luxury hotels which, in a short space of time, has earned a superb reputation throughout Europe.
