ResortQuest International Signs Deal With ATA Vacations

MEMPHIS, Tenn., May 24, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE)—ResortQuest International (NYSE:RZT), the world`s leading vacation rental property management and marketing company, has entered into a new agreement with ATA Vacations, a division of ATA Leisure Corp. to provide vacation homes and condos at select Florida and Arizona destinations.
ResortQuest has agreed to package vacation rentals in Orlando, Longboat Key, Sanibel Island and Naples with ATA scheduled service into Florida. In Arizona, ResortQuest will provide ATA Vacations with vacation condos in Scottsdale and Tucson.


ATA Vacations is the travel division of Indianapolis-based ATA Airlines (American Trans Air). ATA has service from Chicago and Indianapolis into Orlando, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Fort Myers. In Arizona, ATA flies daily into Phoenix Sky Harbour, serving both the Scottsdale and Tucson resort destinations.

Under the new agreement, ATA Vacations will offer vacation packages from Chicago and Indianapolis and twelve other Midwest connecting cities to more than a half-dozen destinations in Florida and Arizona.

Orlando: Travel from Chicago-Midway to Orlando and receive a four-night stay at a two-bedroom ResortQuest vacation home with a pool for $417 per person. Price is based on quad occupancy. Six people can fly from Chicago and rent a 3-bedroom house for $385 per person. Plus, area theme parks are just minutes away.


Sanibel Island: Fly from Chicago-Midway to Fort Myers and stay seven nights in a one-bedroom condo with living room and full kitchen for $976 per person based on double occupancy. A week`s stay at a beach condo in Fort Myers starts at $731 per person.


Longboat Key: Enjoy a week`s stay at a Longboat Key beach condo starting at $863. Prices are per person based on double occupancy and include airfare from Chicago to Sarasota.
