Six Continents Hotels Appoints Jeff Senior as Vice President, Inter-Continental Hotels, the Americas

Six Continents Hotels, Inc. (www.sixcontinentshotels.com), the world’s leading hotel group, has named Jeff Senior its new vice president of Inter-Continental Hotels, for the Americas region.

Senior’s hiring continues a string of key additions to Six Continents Hotels’ management team as the global hotel group works to continually strengthen top-line performance.

Reporting to Six Continents Hotels’ brand president Ravi Saligram, Senior is responsible for insuring the successful implementation and enhancement of the Inter-Continental global brand strategy. He also serves as the guardian of the Inter-Continental brand in the Americas, including positioning the brand for mid- to long-term future growth and will work closely with the global brand organization, Six Continents PLC, in London. In addition, Mr. Senior is an active member of various process teams at the company.

Senior is a 25-year veteran within the hospitality industry having held positions of increasing responsibility in both operations and marketing with Marriott Corporation, Doubletree Hotels Corporation, Homestead Lodging, and Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group. His most recent position was vice president, sales and marketing for Kimpton, where he implemented innovative brand and marketing strategies that resulted in industry premium RevPAR gains.

Senior holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
