Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) is scheduled to open the 94-room Courtyard by Marriott in Beavercreek, Ohio, this May. Located at 2777 Fairfield Commons, the Courtyard Beavercreek will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Tharaldson Enterprises of Fargo, N.D.
Situated 20 miles from Dayton International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Dayton, the Courtyard Beavercreek offers guests convenient access to the U.S. Air Force Museum, Ervin J. Nutter Center and Wright State University. Rates begin at $74.99 per night.
