Marriot to Open Courtyard Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky

Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) is scheduled to open the 150-room Courtyard by Marriott in Louisville, Ky., this April. Located at 819 Phillips Lane, the Courtyard by Marriott Louisville Airport will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Dunn Hospitality of Evansville, Ind.
Situated less than a mile from Louisville International Airport and minutes from downtown, the Courtyard by Marriott Louisville Airport offers guests convenient access to the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center, Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom and Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium. Introductory rates begin at $99 per night.

Courtyard guest rooms feature either a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a seating area with sofa bed or oversized chair, a large, well-lit work desk and two telephones equipped with data ports. Other amenities include in-room coffee maker, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, and cable television with a free premium movie channel. The Courtyard by Marriott Louisville Airport features six suites with a king-size bed, refrigerator and microwave oven.

The six-story hotel also offers two meeting rooms with 1,300 square feet of meeting space to accommodate small meetings and functions of up to 110 people. Other guest services and features include:
