Sic Continents Club Presents Luxury Cadillac

A senior Beirut advertising executive has won a brand new luxury Cadillac through his membership of Six Continents Club, the top hotel guest recognition programme in the Middle East and Africa

Pierre G. Haddad became the proud owner of a gleaming new Cadillac DTS 2000 as the top prize winner in the Six Continents Club grand draw.

Six Continents Club members earn entries into the draw every time they check in at one of the region’s Inter-Continental hotels and resorts, and it was Haddad who emerged as the lucky 2001 winner.

In a special presentation ceremony at Le Vendome Inter-Continental Beirut, Pierre Haddad received the keys to his new Cadillac from Raymond Khalife, President, Six Continents Hotels, Middle East and Africa, accompanied by Fadi Ghosn, Cadillac regional brand manager, Paul Johnson, General Motors’ regional director, and Magdi Samman, area director of sales and marketing, Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts.

“I’ve been a Six Continents Club member since 1993,” said Haddad. “I’m very fond of Inter-Continental hotels, and I’m very loyal to them. I like the service you get, and I especially like the benefits enjoyed by Six Continents Club members, such as room upgrades.”

Raymond Khalife said: “The chance to win a Cadillac is a very appropriate incentive for Six Continents Club members. Inter-Continental hotels are committed to making life smoother and more comfortable for business travellers, and Six Continents Club is designed to provide the special recognition, service, privileges and benefits that frequent international travellers deserve.”

Six Continents Club members in the Middle East and Africa have already begun accumulating chances to win a 2002 Cadillac Escalade, Cadillac’s first ever luxury sports utility vehicle, in this year’s draw.

Six Continents Club offers members a 16-point package of benefits, including priority reservations, special check-in desks, upgrades to a superior room, late and express check-out, and a range of complimentary items.

Enjoying a range of additional benefits, members upgraded to Executive Card or Ambassador Card level - based on the number of room nights spent at Inter-Continental hotels and resorts - receive two entries into the grand draw, doubling their chances of winning the Cadillac Escalade.

Walk-in guests at Inter-Continental properties across the Middle East and Africa can join the Six Continents Club and immediately receive their first entry into the grand draw.
