METAIRIE, LA. (Feb 12, 2002) - A new Sleep Inn hotel, located at 4601 North I-10 Service Rd. (the northeast corner of I-10 and Clearview Parkway at exit 226), is now open.

The Sleep Inn hotel, which offers a combination of rooms and suites, is owned and operated by Trident Hospitality Group.

“The Sleep Inn hotel, located within an easy drive of downtown New Orleans, offers a great location, new rooms and suites and guest-friendly amenities for both corporate travelers and families visiting the area,” said Glenn Gaethe, one of the hotel`s owners.

The Sleep Inn hotel features 68-rooms and suites with one king or two queen-size beds. Each room features a 27-inch remote control cable TV, in-room safe, telephone with data port, voice mail, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Each suite also features a sofa bed. Each king suite has a Jacuzzi tub. Rooms for individuals with disabilities and non-smoking rooms are also available.
The five-story Sleep Inn hotel in Metairie features a fitness center, guest laundry, same-day laundry and dry cleaning, interior corridors and 24-hour coffee service. An 800 square foot meeting area accommodates up to 12 people.
