Wayport Announces Wi-Fi Roaming Relationship

Wayport

strategic
Wi-Fi roaming relationship. This agreement will enable AT&T Wireless
customers to roam onto Wayport`s neutral-host high-speed Wi-Fi wireless
network at airports and hotels.

AT&T Wireless will integrate Wayport-enabled locations into its Go
Port(SM) Wi-Fi data services and will sell the service through AT&T
Wireless`
large-enterprise sales force and extensive distribution network of online
and
storefront properties.  When AT&T wireless customers roam onto the Wayport
network, the connection screen of their notebook computer will be branded

Wireless that is “Powered by Wayport.”

nicety - it`s a necessity,” said Valerie Kahn, senior vice president of
AT&T
Wireless Mobile Multimedia Services.  “Thanks to GoPort and our
relationship
with Wayport, customers will be able to maintain continuous connections
with
their critical office information while they`re on the move.”

Wayport continues its aggressive network expansion efforts in these areas,
such as the recent announcement of Wayport providing Wi-Fi service in
Oakland
International Airport, AT&T Wireless customers will be able use the
service at
these additional locations.  Wayport`s current and future hotel and
airport
partners will benefit from the additional customers AT&T Wireless will
drive
into their locations providing the opportunity for increased occupancy and
revenue.

“AT&T Wireless joins our growing list of strategic roaming partners,
and

Dave
Vucina, CEO for Wayport.  “This reconfirms the commitment we have made to
our
neutral-host strategy by opening up our network to key industry players to
continually foster the adoption of Wi-Fi, and in turn drive the maximum
number
of customers to Wayport-enabled locations.”

Wayport continues to be a driving force in the Wi-Fi industry,
particularly in the development of strategic roaming agreements.  In
addition
to AT&T Wireless, Wayport`s roaming partners include Boingo, iPass and
