joined forces with Avis, Europe`s leading car rental company, to provide
business travellers with quick and direct online car rental.

Joint customers can take advantage of online direct access to their negotiated rates with Avis. The solution also supports online quotation, cancellation and modification. It will enable accurate billing into
back-end ERP systems and procurement systems, removing manual activity. Traveldoo
solutions connect to Avis reservation system using Web Services technology
and travel industry standard “Open Travel Alliance” (OTA) XML messages.

“This direct connection to Avis will help us deliver richer content and a
more reliable online reservation process to our customers” said Olivier
Mindren, Vice-President Marketing, Traveldoo. “Collaboration with Avis is
part of our strategic program to enable a direct-to-enterprise channel for
products which are not efficiently distributed by Global Distribution
Systems (GDS).”
