According to Charlie Robles, Caliente Tropics Resort’s Director of Tiki Development, they decided to go with iHotelier not just because of their high-end technology but also their outstanding customer service.  “We have been using iHotelier for our booking engine for about six months now.  During that time the high level of professionalism along with their can-do attitude has impressed us.  Every suggestion was investigated and acted upon immediately.  We have also received numerous compliments from guests using “our” OneScreen technology.  I wish all of our partners were as easy to work with.”

“We are very excited that Caliente Tropics has chosen iHotelier as its representation company,” said Estella Sanchez, iHotelier Sales Manager.  “Our goal is to always provide our clients with the best solutions possible.  With our CRS, Caliente Tropics will have single-image inventory management capability and a host of reports and yield management tools to help maximize their revenue.  However, like all our clients, we will work with them every step of the way to ensure that they get the best results from our technology.”

In addition to their growing client base, iHotelier is also expected to see a further boost in revenues with the addition of Sheri Bender to their team as the Director of Sales along with Drew Rosser.  Sheri is a veteran of the hospitality industry with more than 15 years of experience in reservation technology, sales and marketing and hotel management.
