‘s unique extended-stay hotel properties with InnLink’s private label Voice Reservation and Booking Engine services, seamless GDS, and travel website connectivity.

“The 19 franchisees who own this company have the power to make changes, and that is a departure from traditional franchise hotel chains,” says Kevin Lewis, President of Suburban Franchise Systems, Inc.  Kevin continues, “Moving all of our reservation services to InnLink made sense.  Their reputation for customer service is very strong and fits the standards that our owners have set for the company and blends well with the growth that we expect.  InnLink’s call center operation is very impressive and professional.  Our guests will receive an increased level of service and we expect increased reservations productivity through our association with InnLink.  All in all, it’s a win-win!”

According to Carolyn Carter, Vice President of Franchise Support for Suburban, “The cutover of services to InnLink from our previous provider went very well.  InnLink’s attention to detail and their support of our business model won me over.  InnLink’s telemarketing and marketing support operation has already generated leads for our franchise development group, and I look forward to a tighter bond with the company for other projects.”

Mike Young, InnLink’s President, says, “Suburban represents the core of what we do best - facilitating complete reservation services for mid-market hotel companies.  The ramp-up and transition went very smoothly and was accomplished with Suburban’s commitment and dedication, along with the diligence of InnLink’s team. We’re looking forward to many years of success with Suburban Franchise Systems.”
