Coca-Cola Selects Extensity for Business Travel Process

Extensity Inc.,

a leading provider of Employee Relationship
Management (ERM) solutions, today announced The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO)
as a new customer.
Coca-Cola

is the world`s largest beverage company and
leading producer and marketer of soft drinks.  The company plans to roll
Extensity`s integrated expense reporting, travel planning and reimbursement
module solution throughout its Corporate and North America divisions this
year, extending it into other operating units as soon as is feasible.

Extensity`s applications will allow Coca-Cola to automate trip approvals and
ensure that ticket purchases are in compliance with corporate spending
policies.

“We had several specific requirements in mind when we evaluated ERM
vendors to automate our business travel process. At the top of the list was a
solution that would seamlessly integrate expense reporting and travel planning
with our online booking tool,” said Mark Harden, President of the shared
services arm of The Coca-Cola Company—a group charged with finding
innovative service solutions to lower operating expenses and improve
usability.  “Extensity`s application suite will allow our associates to
receive trip approvals, book their travel and complete their expense report
for reimbursement all within the same application.  Initially, the suite`s
usability will allow us to effectively enforce our travel policy, saving us
money and giving us an advantage when negotiating preferred vendor discounts.”

Extensity is a leading provider of automated financial ERM applications,
delivering cost control and improved effectiveness for employees.  Extensity`s
expense reporting and business travel applications are integral offerings in
Extensity`s financial ERM-focused suite, which also includes procurement and
time capture applications.

“Extensity provides the only integrated ERM solution that gives customers
visibility into, and control over, employee-based financial processes, such as
expense reporting and business travel,” said James M. Travers, Geac senior
vice president and president of the Americas.  “Large, global companies such
as Coca-Cola have a particular need for that type of visibility into corporate
spending in order to make business-critical decisions that affect the bottom
line.”
