Amadeus Maintains High Client Retention Rate

(GDS) and technology provider to the travel industry, is on track to
maintain a client retention rate of more than 90% with the re-signing of two
UK agencies - CaribJet and Bond Tours.


Throughout their relationships with Amadeus, both agencies have worked
closely with the GDS to integrate and customise Amadeus` versatile
reservation-booking tools, used by leisure and business agencies alike,
which offer a user-friendly interface to the Amadeus System, into their

our sales and customer service.  It was an easy decision to re-sign with
Amadeus since during our 9 year relationship with them, we have found a
partner who listens to our needs and works alongside us to develop

CaribJet, who have re-signed with Amadeus for a three-year period, book more
than 15,000 segments per year and are a well-established Caribbean and USA
specialist with three locations in the UK at Hayes, Southall and Clapham
North.  Bond Tours, who have also re-signed with Amadeus for a three-year
period, are an established business, leisure and retail agent specialising
in Croatian travel.
Stan Hoffman, manager of Bond Tours added, “We were one of the first
agencies in the UK to start using the Amadeus system back in 1992 and since
then Amadeus has consistently worked with us to simplify the booking process
while maintaining the flexibility and high service levels that we, and our
clients, have come to expect.”
