Timeless Hospitality has signed an agreement with Grace Hospitality to provide its comprehensive Internet Reservations Platform to Grace Hospitality`s portfolio of hotels.

Grace has initially implemented Timeless` Book OnlineNOW? product - a real-time reservations engine which is incorporated into a hotels own Web site. This engine will enable consumers to search for availability and book rooms directly online at each of the Grace Hospitality hotels.

Grace plans to utilize Timeless` value-added services, Guest MarketNOW and Web ManageNOW, to further improve their online presence. Guest MarketNOW enables hotels or hotel groups to manage a complete direct marketing program from creation of a customized eCard or newsletter, to the actual email delivery and analysis of each campaign`s effectiveness. Web ManageNOW is an easy to use platform for hotels to design and maintain their own Web sites. Both of these products are incorporated directly into the Timeless Internet Reservations platform so a hotel now has one place to manage their Web site strategy.
