AQUA Displays New Technology at Client Forum

8th Oct 2002

Software Products will be introducing several new product

innovations at its Client Forum, “Solutions For Success,” October 7-9 at the Sutton Place

Hotel in Newport Beach, California. Among the newest releases will be InfoWeb, a web-

based reporting system that works with select AQUA modules to provide real-time data

24/7, from anywhere in the world.

InfoWeb gives business managers and travelers direct

access to e-ticket and pre-trip data, AQUA system performance data, and

itinerary/invoice documents. “Successful agencies are always looking for innovative

ways to reduce costs or enhance the customer experience. InfoWeb accomplishes both

by lowering costs associated with report generation, customization and distribution while

at the same time, empowering travelers and business managers with the data they

need, when and how they need it” says AQUA President, Mark Ferguson.

“AQUA has gone through a complete transformation over the past 18 months introducing

new technologies including Info Web, Internet Fare Module, AQUA Quest (the Orbitz

integrated fare search product), and the complete migration of all clients to the state-of-

the-art, AQUA Platinum, open architecture platform,” says Sarah Campbell, AQUA

Executive Vice President.  “The Client Forum gives us the opportunity to not only display
these new products, but also present the ‘new’ AQUA, reflected in a completely

redesigned web site and new, customer focused, Training and Client Service Desk
