Travelclick Announces Long-Term Partnership with Orbitz

TravelCLICK
, a leading provider of
electronic media to the travel industry, has announced that it has
entered into a long-term partnership with Orbitz
, the travel Web site with the
most
low fares.
Through this new affiliation, TravelCLICK will provide Orbitz with advertising and promotional messages from hotel properties worldwide.

Under the agreement, geographically targeted advertisements from hotels
are shown on Orbitz` Web pages when a consumer indicates a desire to travel to
a specific market. These geo-targeted promotional messages give Orbitz` members access to customized hotel offers and special discounts at their
destination city.
Orbitz advertising is available to hotels through the TravelCLICK Consumer Media Network, and provides TravelCLICK`s large
client base a new and unprecedented marketing venue.

TravelCLICK pioneered the concept of digital media for electronically promoting offers at the point-of-sale to the world`s travel agents,
meeting planners and online travel consumers. The company`s Consumer Media Network extends the electronic marketing reach offered to hotels as travelers
increasingly turn to the Internet for travel research and bookings.

Launched in June of 2001, Orbitz is one of the top three travel Web sites in the
world.

“Our partnership with Orbitz is a win-win for consumers and advertisers
alike,” said Ray Cohen, president and co-CEO of TravelCLICK. “Consumers
receive pertinent, trip-specific information and offers that make their
travel more enjoyable and affordable. TravelCLICK will now help our
6,000-plus hotel clients reach Orbitz` millions of travelers - people who
are in the act of researching or booking air travel - with their product
and
service messages. We`re extremely pleased to provide this compelling media
channel to our advertisers, worldwide.”
