Agency software provider Comtec
and QAS, a provider of international address management solutions, are joining forces to help agents slash booking times and increase profits.
Soon, agents harnessing Comtec`s market-leading TravelCat agency management system will be able to incorporate QAS` award-winning address management solution QuickAddress, which allows you to capture accurate name and address details quickly and easily from a postcode or partial address reducing time spent capturing customers address details.
The integration of QuickAddress into TravelCat means customer addresses will be automatically collected in the agency system, for example within booking forms and customer reservation histories, removing the need for time-consuming and error-prone data entry.
QuickAddress` ability to guarantee data integrity means agencies conducting large mail outs will save on postal charges under the Royal Mail`s MailSort programme. Agencies can achieve up to 40% discount through accurate addressing with QuickAddress. The solution also means agents will be able to assure customers that tickets and other vital documents will arrive on time.
Said QAS managing director Simon Worth: “Comtec`s reputation in the travel industry is second to none. By joining forces we can offer travel agents a powerful solution will help their profits rocket.”
In addition to benefiting agents, Comtec says QAS` worldwide presence means the deal will enhance its own global expansion strategy. Said Comtec`s group director Richard Turner: “The agreement with QAS confirms our desire to offer agents in Europe and beyond cutting-edge technology that makes a difference to their bottom line. We are already doing well the UK and look forward to achieving the same success internationally.”
