VEGAS.com Signs Deal with America West

The official Vegas travel Web site,
VEGAS.com, announced today a new, multi-year deal with America West Airlines
that allows consumers to book their airline reservations
directly on the site.
VEGAS.com is the only Las Vegas travel Web site with
direct access to America West flights.  America West is one of the largest
airlines serving Las Vegas, operating a hub with 83 flights per day from 33
cities including all major California gateways.

VEGAS.com customers will be able to book America West`s wide range of flight
options to Vegas from 80 U.S. cities, along with everything to plan a
perfect visit to the most entertaining city in the world.

Additionally, America West Vacations has renewed its agreement with
VEGAS.com to sell vacation packages on the site, including air
transportation and hotel accommodations to the city`s most popular hotels
and attractions.  With more than 30 hotel partners in Las Vegas, America
West Vacations is one of the largest tour packagers to Las Vegas.

As part of both deals, America West will provide VEGAS.com with full
technical support, competitive pricing and airfare “specials”.  Both
companies will participate in promotional activities including advertising,
marketing and online contests.

“America West has been great for VEGAS.com and provides a significant
competitive edge,” remarked Howard Lefkowitz, President of VEGAS.com.
“We`re thrilled to be the only site in town to offer customers the terrific
rates, service and easy bookings that these agreements allow.”

“The substantial sales results we`ve experienced with VEGAS.com influenced
our decision to renew and build on our previous agreement,” said Jack
Richards, President and Chief Operating Officer of America West Vacations.
“We look forward to continuing a relationship that has proven beneficial for
both companies.”

In 2001, over 35 million visitors descended upon Sin City, with 48% arriving
by air.  Twenty-five percent of Vegas visitors planned their trips online,
and VEGAS.com ranks in the top 1% of all websites based on unique visitor
count (PCData Online).
