Hotels.com (Nasdaq: ROOM), the largest specialized provider of discount lodging worldwide, today announced it is releasing three new television commercials in its ongoing successful advertising campaign.

The new spots emphasize the great values and simplicity Hotels.com offers travelers for their lodging choices via the Company`s recently launched web site, www.hotels.com
. The commercials will air nationally on both broadcast and cable networks and will begin airing the w eek of August 5, 2002.
“We are very proud of the success of our advertising campaign. The response by consumers to hotels.com has surpassed our expectations and on July 22, 2002 we had record total company sales of over $3,600,000,” stated Bob Diener

There are three new commercials in all, which will air nationally on cable networks including CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, FOX News Channel, Discovery, USA Network and SCI FI Channel, as well as major broadcast networks in several key markets. The campaign messag e continues to be “hotels.com - The Best Prices at The Best Places…Guaranteed!”
The Company launched its multi-million dollar advertising campaign in March 2002 to support the roll out of hotels.com. The success of the campaign has propelled the site to become the 7th most visited travel site for the week ended June 30, 2002, acco rding to
. hotels.com now produces approximately 20% of the Company`s total daily bookings.
