iHotelier
, a division of Webvertising, Inc., announced today that it will partner with The Costa Rican Hotels Association (CCH) to bring the latest in electronic distribution technology to hotels across Costa Rica. 
This agreement expands the presence that the Houston-based company has had in Costa Rica since 1999.

As part of the cooperation agreement signed, iHotelier will power the CCH?fs new Web site, costaricanhotels.com
to allow visitors to book rooms at member hotels reliably, in real time, and in a secure environment.  The online booking engine for the costaricanhotels.com site will be officially launched in early September 2002. 

 

Ana Gabriela Alfaro, Executive Director of the CCH, said, ?gwe are really looking forward to implementing all the initiatives that we have been discussing with the iHotelier team.  We are confident we will bring significant value to our members through those efforts.?h
The services that will be offered to the members of CCH cover the full range of electronic distribution solutions offered by iHotelier, including Web reservations, GDS, and voice.  The hotels will also benefit from all the marketing and reporting tools that are part of the iHotelier system.
