The BBC`s 24-hour international news and information channel BBC World
yesterday launched Fast Track, a new weekly global round-up of travel news for both the leisure and business sectors.
Presented by Gwenan Edwards, the new programme features reports from around the world, interviews with leading players within the industry, analysis of current trends in travel and tips for people on the move.

Commenting on the launch of the new series, producer Mike London said, ?gBBC World is the ideal channel to launch a programme like Fast Track in which we`ll be covering everything from eco-tourism to airline security.
