HAWAIIAN AIRLINES has added some new mainland routes. Oct. 11 it will
start daily Phoenix-Honolulu service using a 767-300.
In the past couple
of months, Hawaiian announced new service from Seattle to Maui, which
started March 15; service from Sacramento and Ontario, Calif., to
Honolulu, which will start June 7; and flights from Los Angeles and San
Francisco to Maui starting June 15.
