In addition, Fleetway is taking a new version of Comtec`s multiple operator search solution EasySell in its call centre and for its homeworkers, which reduces holiday search times to a matter of seconds. The latest EasySell model will enable Fleetway`s homeworkers to access the solution across the open internet.
Due to go live this week, Comtec`s Travel Agent`s White Label solution will enable Fleetway`s customers to search and select package holiday availability from 40 top tour operators across the agency`s website.
Comtec`s solution - which is powered by software pioneered by Comtec`s commercial partner DTS (Digital Travel Services) - provides consumers with direct access to tour operators` reservations systems through agency websites, with agents earning commission on every booking.
According to Fleetway, the breakthrough will “dramatically improve” look-to-book ratios across its extensive nationwide homeworking and call centre operation by reducing time spent by its travel consultants searching for deals.
Fleetway is the latest agency to sign to Travel Agent`s White Label since its launch last year. Other companies harnessing the solution include Epremiertravel.com, Latebookers and Magic Breaks.
