Delta and EarthLink Expand Marketing

Delta Air Lines and EarthLink have expanded a marketing agreement which
allows members of Delta`s SkyMiles program to earn miles for subscribing
to EarthLink`s Internet services.

Under the expanded agreement, SkyMiles program members can earn 7,000
bonus miles for new subscriptions to Internet services from EarthLink such
as dial-up, high-speed DSL (digital subscriber line) or cable service.
SkyMiles program members who sign up for new service by March 31, 2004,
will receive an additional 3,000 miles, for a total of 10,000 miles.

“Delta and EarthLink have a strong partnership due to our extensive reach
and desire to keep customers connected,” said Christine Pierce, Delta`s
director of Partnership Marketing. “These expanded benefits give SkyMiles
program members more reasons to choose EarthLink as their Internet service

These offers are one-time bonuses and available only to new EarthLink
