Delta and Song Warm Up Winter

Delta Air Lines is warming up winter with its Fly Two-for-One promotions,
which allows SkyMiles members two ways to earn free* round-trip travel
most anywhere in the world Delta flies for every two qualifying round-trip
flights flown on Delta or Song. Participants in the Fly Two-for-One
promotions must enroll and be current SkyMiles members or join the
SkyMiles program to qualify.

Customers will qualify under the first promotion when they enroll and fly
now through April 15, 2004, on either two nonstop or connecting Delta or
Song round-trip flights between Boston and any of the Florida cities of
Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and West Palm Beach,
or two nonstop or connecting Delta or Song round-trip flights between
Boston and any of the California cities of Los Angeles, Orange County, San
Diego, San Francisco, and San Jose. Customers also can qualify under the
second promotion when they enroll and fly now through April 15, 2004, on
two nonstop or connecting Delta or Song round-trip flights between New
York JFK`s International and La Guardia airports and the same qualifying
Florida and California cities.
Qualifying members will earn a free roundtrip ticket for travel on Delta,
Delta Connection, Delta Shuttle, and/or Song good for travel April 16,
2004 through April 15, 2005.

Participants must register for one or both promotions on or before the
departure date of their first Delta or Song qualifying flight and before
April 15, 2004. A maximum of two free tickets may be earned per promotion.

A portion of travel for some itineraries may be on the Delta Connection
carriers: Atlantic Coast Airlines, Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Chatauqua,
Comair and SkyWest; or Song, Delta`s low fare service.

*Award tickets do not include a federal excise tax of $3.10, which will be
imposed on each flight segment of the itinerary. Award tickets do not
include a September 11th Security Fee of up to $10.00 round-trip,
Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $18, U.S. or international arrival
charges of $27.40, U.S., foreign user, inspection, security or other
similarly based charges, fees or taxes of up to $250, depending on
itinerary. For travel to/from Hawaii/Alaska, International Air
Transportation tax of up to $13.80 round-trip applies. For travel to/from
San Juan, PR/U.S. Virgin Islands, International air transportation tax of
