America West is celebrating the start of the New Year with a fare sale
featuring fares as low as $39 each way. The airline offers
business-friendly fares every day, but as an incentive for leisure
travelers, it is offering special fares for flights between its 77
destinations within the United States.

“This is the perfect opportunity for customers who are spending the
holidays at home this year. Now they can plan to take a very affordable
vacation right after the New Year begins,” said Scott Bowers, vice
president, revenue management.

These sale fares are available for purchase from now through Jan. 19,
2004, for travel between Jan. 5 and March 6, 2004. A 14-day advance
purchase is required, but a Saturday night stay is never required for any
of America West`s fares.
Customers may book a reservation by contacting America West at
1-800-2-FLY-AWA (1-800-235-9292), going to the airline`s Web site at
americawest.com or contacting a professional travel agent. Customers who
purchase tickets at americawest.com will receive 500 FlightFund bonus
miles.
