250,000 United Customers Get the Gift

This holiday season, over 250,000 United Airlines (BULLETIN BOARD: UALAQ)
customers won`t have to worry whether their flight is on-time, thanks to
EasyUpdate, United`s industry-leading notification system, which delivers
departure and arrival information, delays or cancellation updates, as well
as rebooking and seat upgrade confirmations. Updates can be sent directly
to mobile phones, pagers, PDAs, email, Microsoft .Net Alerts or fax.

On average, EasyUpdate delivers 30,000 messages to its customers a day.
Currently, United has over a quarter million subscribers registered and
has delivered over 8 million messages in 2003.

“More than 250,000 United customers have benefited with EasyUpdate by
