2003, American Airlines is offering AAdvantage(R) members a holiday gift
of up to 5,000 bonus AAdvantage miles when they purchase round-trip
tickets at AA.com using a valid MasterCard(R) card.

When AAdvantage members purchase round-trip tickets using a valid
MasterCard card for an American Airlines, American Eagle or
AmericanConnection flight, they will be awarded 2,500 bonus AAdvantage
Miles. In addition, American will award travelers with another 1,500
AAdvantage Miles when using a valid Citi(R)/AAdvantage(R) MasterCard(R)
card to purchase the round-trip ticket at AA.com.

Since giving is in the spirit of the holiday season, American will also
award AAdvantage members a bonus of 1,000 AAdvantage miles each time they
purchase a round-trip ticket online at AA.com using a valid MasterCard
card.

AAdvantage MasterCard bonus mile offer is valid for travel on purchased,
published fares on American Airlines, American Eagle or AmericanConnection
booked on AA.com between 12/7/03 and 12/31/03 and flown between 1/1/04 and
3/31/04. Registration prior to midnight, Dec. 31, 2003, is required. Bonus
miles will be credited to the account of the person traveling within 6-8
weeks after flight activity and accompanying MasterCard purchase
transaction is posted to the traveler`s AAdvantage account. Separate
AA.com 1,000 mile booking bonus offer is valid for each round-trip on
American Airlines, American Eagle or AmericanConnection booked and
purchased on AA.com. Promotion is valid for customers booking on aa.com
from within the 50 States, USVI and Puerto Rico. Bonus miles apply to the
person traveling and do not count toward elite status qualification. The
maximum number of AAdvantage miles you can earn is 60,000 miles per year
with the Citi(R) / AAdvantage(R) Card and the Citi(R) Gold / AAdvantage(R)
World MasterCard(R) and 100,000 miles per year with the Citi(R) Gold /
AAdvantage(R) Card and Citi(R) Platinum Select(R) /AAdvantage(R) World
