Pinnacle Announces Initial Public Offering

Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (Nasdaq: PNCL) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 19,400,000 shares of common stock at $14.00 per share. The Northwest Airlines pension plans, as selling stockholders, are offering all of the shares to be sold in the offering. Pinnacle Airlines Corp. will not receive any of the proceeds of the offering.
orthwest Airlines, Inc., which owns 2,492,060 shares of the Company, has granted the underwriters the right to purchase its shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
