Fuel the Jet with American Airlines

PRNewswire CHICAGO Nov. 5 :

Just think of it: jetting off for the weekend with a whole planeload of
friends to Las Vegas, Miami, New York or Los Angeles. American Airlines is
offering some lucky Chicagoan the opportunity of a lifetime—invite up
to 99 friends and have the use of an entire plane from O`Hare
International Airport to spend a weekend at one of those four destinations.

From Nov. 9-29, 2003, Chicagoland residents can enter the American
Airlines “You, Your Friends and a Plane” Sweepstakes at
http://www.aa.com/yourplane .

The sweepstakes also will benefit the Miles For Kids In Need(R) program.
For every online entry, a donation of 25 AAdvantage(R) miles (up to 1
million miles) will be made to the charity, which provides free travel to
ill children and their families.

“Chicago, we`re taking the term `more airline` to a whole new level,” said
Dan Garton, American`s executive vice president-Marketing. “This really is
the trip of a lifetime. For anyone who`s ever dreamed of taking off in
their own jet for a fabulous weekend with family and friends, this is the
chance to win that fantasy. The use of an entire plane—and a terrific
choice of cities—is all theirs.

“It`s a great way to kick off the holiday season, and a wonderful
opportunity to support `Miles For Kids` in the important work it does.”

The Miles For Kids In Need program was established in 1989 as a unique way
for American and AAdvantage members to help seriously ill children through
the AAdvantage Travel Awards program.
