Delta Connection Expands Service

Delta Connection will offer customers expanded non-stop jet service
between Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport in Bentonville and Delta Air
Lines` hub at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport effective
Jan. 8, 2004. Delta Connection carrier Comair will operate one additional
round-trip flight between Cincinnati and Northwest Arkansas Regional
Airport using the Bombardier CRJ regional jet.
With the expanded schedule, customers traveling between Northwest Arkansas
Regional Airport and Cincinnati will have a choice of three daily non-stop
flights.
“Since it started in July, our customers in the Northwest Arkansas region
have responded very favorably to Delta Connection`s nonstop jet service to
Cincinnati,” said Fred Buttrell, president and chief executive officer,
Delta Connection Inc. “We are responding to customer demand and customer
preference for frequent flight selections by expanding our service with an
evening flight in early 2004.”

The service between Northwest Arkansas and Cincinnati complements service
on Delta Connection to Delta`s hub at Hartsfield Atlanta International
Airport. Northwest Arkansas customers now have a total of six daily
round-trip flights to Atlanta.

At Delta`s hub in Cincinnati, customers have access to over 570 daily
Delta and Delta Connection flights to 124 domestic and international
destinations. At Delta`s Atlanta hub, customers may choose from 900 daily
Delta and Delta Connection flights to 180 domestic and international
destinations.

Known for its convenience, comfort and speed, the CRJ carries passengers
in a two-by-two seating arrangement; every seat is an aisle or window,
with no middle seats. The plane can cruise at a speed of 530 mph at
altitudes as high as 41,000 feet and is recognized as the quietest
commercial jet aircraft in the world.

Delta Connection carriers include Delta`s wholly owned subsidiaries
Atlantic Southeast Airlines and Comair, additional regional carriers
Atlantic Coast Airlines, Chautauqua Airlines and SkyWest Airlines, and
codeshare partner American Eagle (in California). Delta Connection
carriers operate more than 350 regional jets throughout North America.
