FlyBE. Strengthens PR Profile

FlyBE., the UK?s third largest low fares airline, has appointed Sara Randall
Johnson to the newly created role of General Manager ? Public Relations and
Public Affairs.  Sara accepted the position having previously held the role
of General Manager ? Market Development for the South West.

Sara?s appointment comes at a time of rapid and unprecedented growth at
FlyBE., which over the past 12 months has successfully established its new
brand nationally.  It is also enjoying a higher profile in the regions, with
its permanent low and flexible fares.  The airline is now the largest
carrier at both Southampton and Birmingham Airports and will open a new low
fares base at Exeter Airport in March 2004, serving an initial six scheduled
routes.  FlyBE.?s Bristol base is also set for expansion with new routes to
a number of popular European destinations.

airline for a successful future.”

Sara will be assisted by recently appointed public affairs consultants GPC
International to develop the airline?s political profile among key audiences
in Westminster and Brussels.  The airline?s consumer PR will continue to he
handled by Berkshire-based Emerald Media.  CITAIRA, headed by former airline
analyst Chris Tarry, will handle the airline?s investor relations and in
Northern Ireland, FlyBE. will maintain its relationship with John Laird
Public Relations.
