Caribbean Star Expands Bridgetown Office

Just over one year of moving into its new office facility at the Bay Street Complex Bridgetown, Caribbean Star Airlines has just completed some major expansions to their offices. The newly expanded city office was opened on July 11th, 2003.

Caribbean Star customers can now take advantage of larger, more comfortable and user-friendly office facilities. Regional Sales Manager Shane Pilgrim says, “As part of this development process our staff have been trained in customer service and our cust omers can therefore expect their Caribbean Star experience to be a pleasant one”. Pilgrim went on to add that a Telephone Reservations Agent has been added for the Summer period to ensure that customers and travel agents will find it easier to get assi stance from the office.

 

Mr. Moreira, Chief Operating Officer of the airline says, “This expansion is timely as the loads automatically increase during this period. Caribbean Star is a major sponsor of Crop Over and our expanded office will certainly put us in readiness for th e increased traffic around this festival”. Moreira added that the completed project was also in keeping with the Stanford philosophy and commitment to quality, service and comfort.
