Elite Flight Solutions Expansion

Elite Flight Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:EFLT) is set to increase the number of aircraft on the charter certificate to over fifty planes. The rapidly growing charter airline announced yesterday that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire American Air Network of St. Louis, MO.
American Air Network maintains approximately fifty planes on its charter certificate. If a merger is completed, Elite would be the beneficiary of this increase.
Gregory Love, Elite`s president said today that the additional planes would immediately make Elite a major player in the charter aircraft industry and the assets and experience acquired with American Air Network would send the Company on a rapid revenue growth phase.
