Malaysia Airlines Spurs Tourism

Malaysia Airlines is one of the key players in rebuilding travel confidence & revitalizing the travel & tourism industry following post SARS. One of the approaches taken by the airline is participating & supporting travel marts in the country & around the region.

Recently, the airline took part in a number of travel marts offering an array of travel products at extremely attractive prices to entice people to take a break & take a holiday. Some of these travel marts are: -

Today, Malaysia Airlines is again making a major presence at the Asean Holiday Experience Tourism Expo `03 (AHETE`03) showcasing its in-house holiday products, Golden Holidays*, its frequent flyer programme, Enrich*, its student loyalty programme, Grads* and, its in-flight shopping arcade, Temptations*.

Besides participating in travel marts, the airline also has ongoing commitments to promote Asean, such as participating in the Asean Air and Hotel Passes, the promotion of Malaysia in Asean markets and outbound tourism to Asean destinations

With services to 18 destinations at 8 Asean countries and a network of over 100 destinations across 6 continents, Malaysia Airlines is poised to contribute towards the development and enhancement of travel and tourism in the region.

As a specialized travel and leisure arm owned by Malaysia Airlines, Golden Holidays products are noted for its quality, flexibility, reliability and competitiveness.
