DIY Travel with Ryanair

17th Jun 2003

Ryanair reckons it has started a new trend of Brits becoming budget travel agents, thanks to the availability of rock-bottom fares every day of the week.

Speaking at Bournemouth Airport today, UK Sales Manager Kathryn Munro said: “Book these fantastic midweek deals now, and you can travel from Bournemouth to Dublin, Frankfurt and Glasgow Prestwick for just £19.99 one way including tax.

“So for under an astonishing £40 return you can travel to these three excellent destinations this summer. Add on great value hotels and car hire on, and it`s no wonder people have discovered it`s so easy to become their own travel agent…and save hundreds of pounds over rip-off brochure prices on holidays and short breaks.
“We`ve made it ridiculously easy to book flights and fly around Europe. That`s why we`ll fly 24m people this year and be Europe`s largest scheduled airline in just two years.

“Who needs travel agents - DIY it with Ryanair and save all the way.”
