US Airways CEO to Present at Conference

US Airways Group, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer David N. Siegel will make a presentation to investors and financial analysts at the Merrill Lynch Global Transportation Conference to be held in New York City, June 9-11, 2003. Siegel`s presentation is scheduled for 4:20 p.m., Tuesday, June 10, 2003.

Merrill Lynch will Web cast the audio portion of the event and US Airways will make available the accompanying slides online as a PowerPoint file. Online participants should allow a few minutes to register before the presentation begins. Both the audio portion and the slides can be accessed via the usairways.com Web site at http://investor.usairways.com/medialist.cfm

This address will link visitors to the Merrill Lynch presentation site (http://www.twst.com/econf/mm/ml12/usa.html). The link will be live just prior to the start of the US Airways presentation, which is scheduled to run from 4:20 p.m., until 4:55 p.m. Visitors will need Windows Media Player or Real Player software installed on their computer and “cookies” must be enabled for the browser. Both the Web cast and the slides will be available for 14 days following completion of the presentation.
