Frontier to Present at Transportation Conference

DENVER (June 4, 2003) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) today announced that Frontier Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Paul Tate will conduct a presentation at the Merrill Lynch Global Transportation Conference, “Working Through Adversity,” being held at the St. Regis Hotel in New York, NY, June 9 through June 11. Tate is scheduled to present on Tuesday, June 10 at approximately 4:55 p.m. (EDT).


In conjunction with the appearance, Frontier will webcast the live conference presentation. To access the webcast, listeners need to register at www.twst.com/econf/mm/ml12/frnt.html and may also need to download software, such as RealPlayer or Windows Media Player. The webcast replay will be available on the site for seven days following the conference. In addition, an on-demand copy of the webcast and the accompanying PowerPoint slide presentation will be available in the “Investor Relations” section of Frontier`s Web site at www.frontierairlines.com for seven days following the conference.


Denver-based Frontier Airlines employs approximately 3,200 aviation professionals and is the second largest jet service carrier at Denver International Airport.
