Delta Announces Fare Sale

ATLANTA, May 27, 2003 - The kids are out of school, summer has officially begun, and Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) is offering new sale fares for travel between its Atlanta hub and many destinations throughout the United States.

“We’re offering these discounts just in time for anyone planning their summer get away,” said Harlan Bennett, Delta’s vice president-Revenue Management. “With Delta’s low fares, customers can affordably travel to many great vacation spots, with destinations ranging from the beaches in California to the historical sites in New England.”

Tickets must be purchased by June 4, 2003. Fares are one-way and require a seven-day advance purchase without a minimum stay requirement. The fares are valid for travel Monday through Thursday and Saturday until Oct. 22, 2003. Some blackout dates apply.
