Swiss Sun, SWISS’s charter unit, is to feature a world-first - Sony PlayStations - aboard its new Airbus A320 fleet. ÊThe devices should prove particularly popular among younger inflight guests en route to their holiday destination.
Swiss Sun will carry a number of PSone (Sony PlayStation) consoles on all its flights of 2? hours or more. ÊThe consoles, which feature a special display monitor, will be distributed free of charge after takeoff to anyone who requests one, and will be collected again before landing. Ê

Each console will also come with a range of games. ÊThe power source for the consoles is located on the underside of the seat armrest. ÊÊÊÊÊÊÊ

The test flights required for the use of the new equipment on board were successfully completed in April. ÊThe devices can thus now be used on Swiss Sun charter flights.
