Virgin Launch FlyingCo Online

Virgin Atlantic today announced that its corporate frequent flyer programme flyingco. is now available online at www.virgin.com/flyingco.
flyingco. is Virgin Atlantic’s generous corporate loyalty scheme, which rewards both the corporate traveller and the company.  Each time a corporate traveller takes a qualifying flight, they earn personal miles, as a member of flying club, as well as miles for their company’s flyingco. account.  flyingco. miles can be redeemed for a variety of rewards including flights, upgrades and hotel stays, making the travel budget go further.
In order for the account to be managed online, companies are requested to nominate a flyingco. administrator to handle communications and make reward bookings.

With an online account, the flyingco. company’s administrator can:
—View and update company and account details
— Add and delete flying club members from the flyingco. account
— View statements
— Redeem miles for Virgin Atlantic flights
— Modify username and password to access account

Once a company enrols with flyingco. it needs to earn at least 20,000 miles per year, which is the equivalent of five round trips in Upper Class to Boston or in Economy to Cape Town, to maintain its membership.  If the company flies more than 50 round trips a year with Virgin Atlantic, they may qualify for a tailored corporate deal as an alternative.
To coincide with the launch of the flyingco. programme online, there have been several changes to the programme, including:
— Increased earning levels in all cabins
— No mileage expiry for accounts whose contracts are renewed.

Angus Struthers, Direct Marketing and Promotions Manager for Virgin Atlantic, commented,
“We are delighted to announce the online launch of flyingco.  flyingco. members can now benefit from a streamlined service, which enables them quicker, easier and more efficient management of their flyingco. account.  With this new service and increased earning levels, membership is now more rewarding than ever.”
Companies who have not yet joined flyingco. can join by logging onto
www.virgin.com/flyingco.  Companies with existing accounts can also visit this site to register their account online.
