Qantas Cabin Crew Pay Talks Stall

The threat of more strike action by Qantas international cabin crews loomed when talks with the airline`s management failed on the weekend.

The flight attendants union said the negotiations, over a pay dispute, would continue Monday.

Cabin staff are seeking a seven percent pay rise but the Flight Attendants Association of Australia said that a solution was not yet close.

Last month the flight attendants staged a 14-hour stoppage over the issue and say they will take further industrial action if no agreement is reached.
