United Airlines and UAL Loyalty Services, Inc., wholly-owned subsidiaries of UAL Corporation (NYSE:UAL) today announced the selection of Grey Direct as their direct marketing agency. The selection culminated a three-month review of best-of-class firms to assist United and UAL Loyalty Services with Mileage Plus communications and direct marketing. Grey Direct will start on January 1, 2003.
